The Auchan group operates as a federation of businesses, giving full autonomy to the new businesses that have joined over the past 50 years: supermarkets, Immochan, Banque Accord, Alinéa, E-Drive, E-commerce, etc.

These different businesses develop strong individual visions and identities within the Group, while working in synergy, which enables them to combine the advantages of decentralisation with all the strength of a Group. They have common values of trust, sharing and progress, and a single mission: enhancing purchasing power and quality of life for the largest possible number of customers, with responsible, professional, committed and respected employees. Their working principles are straightforward: putting the customer first, always working as a team, simply and with common sense, in a spirit of delegation and for the long term. At the heart of the development of these businesses, the men and women working for them are their greatest asset. For the past 50 years, the Auchan Group has drawn on their capacity for innovation, by consistently giving them responsibility, and has taken part in each person’s professional development by sharing knowledge, power and resources.
